1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Within India: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

• Remote Areas: May take a few extra days for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your order’s journey.

5. Delays

• While we work with reliable delivery partners, unforeseen delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
