• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please share a clear photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

• Items purchased on sale or under promotional offers (unless damaged/defective).

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
